Hit Testing The Paradym Ai SMOKE Driver Series!

What are we reviewing?

In today's blog, we will be having previous PARADYM model users hit testing the all new Callaway Ai SMOKE Driver Series lineup and comparing how they perform to the predecessors!

The new lineup consists of the following clubs:

PARADYM Ai SMOKE MAX
PARADYM Ai SMOKE MAX D
PARADYN Ai SMOKE MAX FAST
PARADYM Ai SMOKE TRIPLE DIAMOND

The previous lineup of the PARADYM includes:

PARADYM
PARADYM X
PARADYM TRIPLE DIAMOND

So what's new on the PARADYM Ai SMOKE driver series, and why should it interest you?

In our opinion, the Ai SMART FACE, honed through the analysis of extensive swing data through AI, is the biggest upgrade. It generate numerous small flexes at impact, automatically correcting the launch angle and spin rate. The entire face moves like a sweet spot, minimizing the losses due to variations in swing trajectory and impact points, ensuring a consistent and reliable trajectory.

For the Ai SMOKE MAX, the adjustable perimeter weighting located at the rear end of the head, allows golfers to adjust for a straight, draw, and fade bias.

Last but not least, the all new 360 Degree Carbon Chassis. It's not just all fancy words! By incorporating a titanium support structure internally, it achieves approximately 15% weight reduction. The weight distribution is further optimized, contributing to ease of swing and a high trajectory.

It can be daunting when faced with the final task of choosing between the 3 models, and to make it easier on you, next time you're shopping around for a Callaway PARADYM Ai SMOKE Model, we've compiled some data to review.

To really fine tune the data we can get out of the golfers, we will be having them take 5 shots each of the new model, then figuring out which club (based on their natural shot and data we gather from the test shots), best suits their needs!

We highly recommend going through the entire blog to figure out whether or not any of the new PARADYM Ai SMOKE Models are a great fit for yourself!

For golfer Tester A and B, they will be testing the MAX, MAX D, and MAX FAST.

Taking a look at the data above, we recommended the PARADYM Ai SMOKE MAX as the best choice for Golf Tester A!

Golf Tester A shares his thoughts on the new driver lineup:

" The PARADYM Ai Smoke Series surprised me. Even when I felt like I might have missed the sweet spot, the ball speed and distance remained high, thanks to the Ai smart Face! Among them, the MAX version allowed me to acheive an ideal draw by adjusting the Adjustable Perimeter Weighting."

Taking a look at the data above, unlike Golf Tester A, we recommended the PARADYM Ai SMOKE MAX D as the best choice for Golf Tester B! The significant yard difference had the biggest impact on Golf Tester B and proved to be the most stable for his swing.

Let's hear his thoughts on the PARADYM Ai SMOKE MAX D:
"I used to frequently experience topped or push shots, but the MAX D with a draw bias proved to be the most stable and provided the longest distance! The reassuring feel of solid contact allowed me to achieve a gentle and consistent flight without having to alter my swing."

Golf Tester C

Now let's take a look at Golf Tester C!

Golf Tester C
Age: 30
Handicap: 5

Golf Tester C has experience with the previous PARADYM TRIPLE DIAMOND model and the data we took from his shots are a great reference for those with high clubhead speed.
After taking 5 shots of each model, we collected the average of the best 3 shots.

Take a look below at his results:

TRIPLE DIAMOND (Shaft - TENSEI 60 - Loft 10.5)
Carry: 231.0
Head Speed: 43.8
Ball Speed: 63.4
Smash Factor (rpm): 1.45
Launch Angle (degree): 13.6
Spin Rate (rpm): 2,618
Path Deviation: -20.0

Here's what he had to say about the TRIPLE DIAMOND:
"I am confident in my clubhead speed, but I've been searching for a driver with lower spin rate since I usually have both high back and side spin. The PARADYM TRIPLE DIAMIND was very good, but when I tried the PARADYM Ai SMOKE TRIPLE DIAMOND, the ball took off at a speed I had never felt before, and it didn't balloon or curve excessively. The setup feels slightly compact and stylish, making it very easy to swing, and I'm eager to replace my current driver with it. It seems like I can still achieve a significant increase in distance with this."
